“We truly enjoyed staying at Don’s house. It was very dog friendly, clean, and well located. Kitchen was well equipped although we did not cook. Don’s communication was excellent and helpful. It was the perfect spot for us to land for a few days while our daughter attended a school competition. Very stylish and clean! Thank you, Don! ”

“This is our 2nd time to come to this area and had rented this home the 1st trip out here so was glad to be able to rent it this trip. What I love about it is the feel at home atmosphere, with a choice of size of bed to sleep on and the large size TV's. which makes the husband happy, the Kitchen has everything one needs and the plus is washer and dryer. If you are ever in this area I recommend staying here. It is for sure a 5 star B&B.”

“The property was overall a great stay clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was seamless. We did notice a smell during our stay, which we communicated to the property owner, and they were responsive. It didn’t take away too much from an otherwise enjoyable experience. “We absolutely LOVE this little house! It’s perfect for my husband, me and our service dog. It’s so clean and comfortable and a quiet little neighborhood. We love the trains that go by, too. Any time we stay in Olathe, the Mulberry House will be our number one choice. ”

“The owner didn’t let us know when the garbage went out so come over to empty the can. I appreciated that but then let himself in to “ turn out the light “. The was a bat flying around in the basement with guano all over the floor. Parking was horrible with narrow streets and cars everywhere. We moved to a different property that was much better She offered to us. I don’t like to complain but it was ridiculous. I believe the owners or manager came in the property at least a couple of times while……

“We had mixed reviews about the comfort and cleanliness of the house. House was very clean on first sight but little things were noticeable (dirty under the beds and furniture which was noticed after dropping things.) The beds were very comfortable and that was very much appreciated after the long drive and long days . Sofa and chairs in the living room not so much. The shower in the lower level with the rain shower head was amazing it was for sure a crowd favorite. Outside of the house……
