Staff ( especially Sara) were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking on site. Short walk to riverfront restaurants and a nice walk to all of the historic sites.
Absolutely fabulous breakfast and a modern/ clean facility.
We give this hotel an 11 out of 10 - it was WONDERFUL

We stayed in Schloss Berg in mid March for a weekend. We are so glad we decided to stay at this hotel!!! As soon as we arrived, the reception desk greeted us with warm/wet cloths to clean up from the drive, fresh apples and free wine. We had never been to Luxemburg before and the reception plotted out our entire next day of things to do for us (she was right on point, we had such a great day)!
