Set in a serene and private location, it provides a relaxing retreat while keeping you close to everything that makes Wellfleet special. Inside, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully designed layout featuring both formal and informal living spaces. The main level includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen that opens to a casual dining and family/TV room, ideal for gathering after a day of exploring the Cape. A formal dining area and living room offer additional space for entertaining or unwinding. This level also features a full bath with shower and a bedroom with a double bed—convenient for guests who prefer first-floor accommodations. Upstairs, the second level includes two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another offering both a full and twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. The home is fully equipped for a carefree vacation with central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs, a charcoal grill, outdoor furniture, and an enclosed outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach. A private yard and deck provide peaceful outdoor spaces to relax, dine, and enjoy Cape Cod evenings. Short 3-night stays are welcome with a cleaning fee, which is waived for bookings of seven nights or more. Please note: linens are not included but may be rented or brought from home.
