"The positives- the location was very nice. Close to the bus stop, easy walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was easy to contact. The negatives- the house was so over decorated for Christmas, the towels were shabby and need to be replaced, the bed pillows were so lumpy. The property is nice, just needs to be updated."

"The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Loved the balcony which has great views, and it's right at the foot of a mountain with trails to a waterfall. It's about 10 minutes' walk from centre of town where you can get buses and trains to nearby towns - free transport with visitor card supplied by host. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant in the same building! Would recommend."

"Apartment was clean and convenient to town. Parking was tight as is the case in much of Mittenwald. Location requires a walk up a fairly steep hill making it difficult for people with limited mobility. The biggest thing to be aware of is that this facility caters to German speaking people. "The apartment was perfect for our family group of 5. The owner responded to our questions by email quickly and lives in an apartment in the building. So, she was available to help when we were struggling with the German washing machine! The apartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and is well-supplied with kitchen items and linens. The small town of Farchant has a small grocery store and bakery as well as several restaurants."

"Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts in der Küche und auch sonst fehlte es nichts, es gab sogar einen Saugroboter. Auch die Betten waren richtig schön bequem. Abends konnte man prima auf dem Balkon sitzen und auf die Berge schauen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und wenn etwas fehlte hätte man nur Bescheid sagen müssen.
