Ocean was very visible. The air kept turning off making the room moist. The staff were great.

The check in process was lengthy and very chaotic. There was no air conditioning in the front desk area which compounded on the discomfort. The rooms are average but clean. Food is also average and I found it repetitive even with a four night stay. The staff was kind and professional. Overall, you get what you paid for. I found it a good value for the price I paid.

Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are updated and very clean, and the buffet was amazing. My husband and I actually preferred the buffet over the specialty dining options. The only frustration we experienced was with making dinner reservations. When we asked for assistance, we were simply told to use the app, without much explanation. What we weren’t told is that reservations can only be made 24 hours in advance. I ended up learning that from another guest. It was a bit frustrating since I had hoped to plan all of our dinners for the week ahead of time. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable, but the main show didn’t start until 9:30 p.m., which was a little late for me since I’m not much of a night owl. An earlier option would have been nice. Overall, these were just minor inconveniences and not major issues — we still had a wonderful trip.
