The room was comfortable. It could use a little refresh, but overall it was clean and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was good- especially the jerk chicken lunch on the beach. We all looked forward to that!

I took my wife here for her birthday, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had. We booked one of the most expensive rooms expecting a premium experience, but the service was anything but. The staff was consistently rude, the advertised butler service was practically nonexistent, and most concerning, staff entered our room TWICE without knocking. That is not simply poor service. It is a serious privacy and safety concern. I brought the issue to their attention multiple times, and what made the experience even worse was the lack of concern or urgency from the staff. I chose this resort because I wanted my wife’s birthday to feel special. Instead, we left extremely disappointed. When you pay a premium price, you expect premium service, basic respect, and at the very least, privacy in your own room. I will not return and cannot recommend this resort based on our experience.

Very clean! staff was very nice and helpful. We loved it definitely considering going back!
