Negril Cliffs: Tours y Actividades

My stay at Sunset at the Palms was Magical! I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. If you are a nature lover, and you are looking for a quiet calm oasis, look no further. I loved the tree house style room(s) and the beauty of the setting. The beach (private) across the street is Amazing! The staff are top notch! I special shout out to Francois, Kirk, Bianca, Shanica, Shirleen, Nadine, Lynwood and many others who made this a vacation one I will always remember!!!! I look forward to experiencing it again soon!

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Más de la mitad del personal muy mala atención. Muy mala predisposición con los que no hablamos un inglés fluido. El sistema de cenas en los restaurantes es penoso, te hacen esperar un montón de tiempo. Solo conseguis cenar si vas temprano. Si nos vas temprano directamente no conseguis en ninguno de los 4. Después de esperar una hora logramos cenar en el restaurante italiano y la comida fue súper excelente. Lo mejor es la pileta que tiene acceso de tu balcón. La habitación súper amplia, funcional, y preciosa.
