I had to come on here because some of the reviews had my family and me rethinking our stay. Let me tell you, from the moment our transportation dropped us off at the entrance to the check-in process, everything was amazing!
I accidentally booked the wrong room, but the staff graciously honored my request and accommodated us with two queen beds instead of the one king room I originally booked. That level of customer service set the tone for our entire vacation.
The dining options were incredible. You absolutely must try the Indian restaurant, and the red snapper was OMG delicious! The other restaurants were great as well. My kids especially loved the buffet and visited it every single day.
Now, let's talk about the real stars of our trip: the Entertainment Team! They truly made our vacation unforgettable. From starting the day with fun pool activities to keeping the energy going all night long, they were amazing. A special shout-out to Mr. Chicken Wing, who taught us the Ice Cream Dance
The entertainment was nonstop. beach parties and headphone parties to the disco party after 11 PM, energized, and having fun every day and every night. Michael Jackson show, talent show, and Reggae Night, complete with cane, sugar cane, and jerk grills set up right along the boulevard.
