When we complained felt it wasn’t taken seriously. Plus a resident on our floor followed the 4 boys after kicking the doors and told front desk staff and they weren’t very worried about it or concerned. He felt they didn’t care. "The hotel was great by itself. Room was great and the overall space was also great. Easy and plenty of parking. It is a decent distance outside of the town centre so you need to taxi or drive to avoid the 30 min walk. I would say we had a different experience with the bar restaurant than perhaps others. While the service was good, the food was not. I’d place it last amongst 10 days of meals we had in Ireland. The fish and chips one had was not crispy rather a bit soggy. So consider options...

"Great hotel set in lovely grounds. Hotel decor and a very good standard. We had a bar meal in Healy's Bar which was excellent value for money and very good food. The Health centre also provided a great area to chill and relax."

"Very friendly staff. Some room furniture could do with a bit of updating. Need a swimming hat to use the pool which was a little on the chilly side but not too bad. Restaurant/bar staff very busy. Could do with a bit more help but they remained very calm and polite. Food good and plenty of it."
