Lux Vacation Home Near the Intracoastal

Enjoy this luxurious home away from home in a prime location close to everything. Just a 5-minute drive to downtown and less than a mile away from the bridge to the palm beach island (where the beach is located). It is also within walking distance to the intracoastal waterway (aka "the waterfront") as well as several local markets and restaurants including Lynora's, La Placita, and City Diner to name a few. In the neighborhood of Prospect Park, this is one of the best places to be!

We are one of the best neighborhoods in wpb.Just FYI is very close to PBI (5 min drive) and the whole neighborhood north of southern Blvd and south of Okeechobee Blvd are under the flight path, but we have impact windows which reduce the noise a lot.

Nice Clean Comfortable Space
My wife and I enjoyed our time here. It was perfect for our get away. We enjoying walking to the local coffee shop and driving to the excellent food options nearby. The host were wonderful, very responsive and the property was as it seemed in the pictures. Some of the other post alluded to the bed and it was a bit soft for my preference and my wife’s but we made due, it was only for a week. Outside of that the house was perfect! I would stay her again!

Excellent and comfortable
I stayed two nights in Casa Avada while performing in the area. It was exactly what I needed! Clean, comfy, and a bright and warm feeling. The space has a roomy feel for a one-bedroom unit. The neighborhood is quiet. The unit is well-appointed. So much more pleasant than yet another hotel room. 5 out of 5, and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect West Palm stay!
The location was perfect! Close to the airport, restaurants and the beach! The property is decorated beautifully and the cleaning is impeccable! Chris and his wife Lingling were very responsive to any questions I asked and on the day of check-in sent detailed information as well as a photo report following the cleaning of the property! Very detail oriented!

Perfect for Two & Lovely Neighborhood
Nice and convenient neighborhood. Great for going on walks / running. Close proximity to dining and shopping. No two houses are the same. Fun to admire all the different architecture in the neighborhood and all the beautiful plant life.

Loved this property looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever I would've stayed in it forever. My only tick is that there was no TV in the bedroom. I don't know if they will consider adding one but I think it would be a great addition. Other then that I would stay here again :)

This property is efficient. Kitchen had minimum utensils, but adequate. Getting into the parking spot was a challenge with my Transit but w/o anyone in the rear property it was ok. Shelf or hooks to hang towels in the bath would be an improvement. Electronics worked fine, no access to washer/dryer was a bummer but new it going in.Location was great. Dresser or shelving to store clothes would be great in the bedroom closet..

The property is exactly as advertised—eclectic, vibrant, clean. Only ding is there’s no access to a washer/dryer (the listing wasn’t misleading we just assumed there’d be one in the house) and there’s no place to hang up the bathroom towels (no hooks or towel rack that we could find).
