Outside area nice. One problem. In our room I immediately noticed a good amount of dust and hair around the bottom of bathroom door molding. Very disgusting. I cleaned it off myself

On day of arrival we were going to be late for the 3pm check in and the front desk person was unhelpful and rude. Upon arrival a huge group of employees were playing loud music which went late into the night. Someone tried to break into our car. We had flooding that soaked the carpet inside of the front of our room, forcing us to keep everything off the floor. No one came to clean our room, apparently that is a service provided only if requested. The air conditioning unit in our room was loose and unsafe on the wall. Our room door would not close properly to secure and we were on the ground floor. The hotel and surrounding area is not safe at night. This is not an 8/10 this is more like a 4/10 rating.
