Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles.

We were in Boston for the Mammoth March in Hingham and needed a base for some sight seeing in Boston for the week.
We did not have a rental car but the parking garage was easily accessible and secure.
We were able to get ubers very easily from the location.
The Chelsea train station was only a 5 min walk away and the trains were reliable and efficient.
The support staff replied to all our messages in the chat option quickly and were very helpful.
The kitchen was well stocked and set up. The apartment was clean and all the linens and towels were freshly laundred.
Would recommend this place without hesitation.

This is more like university housing than anything else. The building is full of students and poorly maintained, with visitors following others into the entrance. Carpeting is stained, paint is chipping, blinds are broken, the a/c didn't work, the hallway smells.
Communication with the Evonify owners was poor, and we had to go through Hotels.com to receive our access code/registration in time for our arrival and, ultimately, a refund. We left a few minutes after we entered the unit. Not recommended. It is not the sunny, pristine, and secure apartment that appears in the photos.

This experience was amazing! We loved every detail. It was so trendy and dapper yet held the boldness with such grace. It was lovely. The room had everything to make your stay comfortable. There was coffee and teas and fresh water. We found this refreshing on the hot summer day that we were there. The beds were so nice. The snacks and robes were a great touch.
We loved reading about the history and just adored everything.
