"This place had everything we needed and then some. The location is perfect for kids to play on the lake. The hosts have done an incredible job suppling all the things you need on a trip that often get overlooked at vacation rentals. We can’t wait to go again!!"

"The home was beautiful and the surrounding area was also beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, the lower deck was the only place we could play games no flat ground around us. The living room sofa was very uncomfortable, but the beds were. Would recommend this property for large gatherings. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home."

"My best friend and I stayed for a couple of days to start off our Montana trip. It was the most lovely and relaxing get-away! The lake view was the best part - we spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the scenery. We saw some deer and the resident woodpecker. Pros: - Very clean and great decor. Feels very homey. - Porch view + fireplace was amazing - Had soap, shampoo and conditioner provided - Coffee, Tea, Sugar provided - Great location… easy in and out to a lot of places. - Bedrooms nice and spacious; comfortable beds - WiFi worked great - Our flight was delayed, so we let the rental coord know and they responded quickly. Good communication Cons: - No secrets in this house! You can hear about every move others make… doors opening/closing, footsteps, etc. - Embarrassing to say, but we could not get the coffee pot to work properly. We were wishing it was a Kuerig. Some creamer would’ve been nice, but obviously not required. - Rock steps leading to door … we were fine, but my elderly parents would’ve struggled a bit. Also kind of a pain with heavy luggage. You’re asked to gather trash and start a load of towels before leaving. No big deal. Also I think it’s worth mentioning that while you view the water beautifully from the deck, there is no access to the water due to private properties. We were a little bummed to not be able to take a quick stroll - but again, not the end of the world. Overall, it was a great stay! I would recommend this place to anyone."

"PROS: Lake / Location Sun deck was nice when the sun came out Good space inside for children to play downstairs, adults to play upstairs, & movie watching Bball hoop, ping pong, paddle boat, kayaks Separate guest house for infants to nap away from crowd CONS: 1-Mouse droppings in some of the kitchen drawers 2-Laundry rm doors in main house slide off hinges easily 3-Screen door to sun deck was broken & set aside 4-Ran out of garbage bags & paper towels in the main house 5-Knowing we'd be visiting when weather was cool, we were drawn to the house because of the large covered deck with a grill & heat lamp so we could still enjoy being outside. But one propane tank didn't work at all & the other only had enough gas for one meal. With a deck that nice, it was a shame that we were stuck inside most of the weekend. 6-Couldn't get water to warm up in the hall bathroom of the guest house 7-Burned out lightbulb in master bath toilet room of the guest house 8-Unattached toilet seat in the master bathroom 9-Major mildew odor coming from the cover of the hot tub when it was opened up (probably indicates low chlorine levels?) 10-Hundreds of goose poop all over the lawn by the lake made it impossible to play lawn games Over all, we had a nice weekend. We enjoyed each other's company & the beauty of the area a lot. For the price of this property we expected it to be maintained much better."

"This property is AMAZING! A group of 9 bridesmaids stayed here for wedding weekend. It accommodated everyone very comfortably. The home layout was perfect with places for everyone to hang out, but also offering plenty of privacy when desired. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The beds were top quality and very comfortable! The best part of this home is the theater and arcade area. Many memories were made giggling along with the karaoke machine! Next time we are in the area, we definitely hope to stay here again. Oh and Eric and Brenda, the owners? They were the absolute best! So kind and helpful! They kept an eye out for wedding deliveries and brought them inside for us if we were gone. Staying at this lovely home was a highlight of the weekend! Thank you!"

"Our first family Thanksgiving in Montana was a blessing. The home was absolutely perfect for our family, we enjoyed playing pool, Pac-Man (a hit with everyone!), playing cards, and the fireplace provided warmth in the winter temperatures. The deer came right up to the patio to say hi. This home is a gem! We will be back!"

"My wife and some of our wedding party stayed at David's place over our wedding weekend. The house was amazing and had great views overlooking the Flathead Lake. The house was perfect in accommodating our large crew as there was plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and had all the ammenities you need for your stay. David was very kind and responsive to anything we had questions on. We hope to stay there again!"
