"This hotel is recently renovated. I found the amenity beautiful, well equipped, extremely clean, new bed sheets, brand new towels, etc. We will return to this place during the next trip to Kelowna. Thanks to front desk staff for seamless check in/out."
"The hotel is in a very convenient location, easy to find, and parking was also very convenient. Hot water, coffee, and tea are available 24/7, along with some simple snacks, which was a nice touch.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the mattress. They were incredibly comfortable.
The only small issue was that our room was on the first floor with a window facing the parking lot, and the curtains didn’t close completely. I had to use a clip to keep them fully closed. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay."
"Clean room, one staff gave bad information sending us to wrong building and not advising the lack of elevator, but another staff corrected the mistake by getting us a first floor room. No TV. Worn carpet in hallway. Bathroom and shower was cramped. Quiet room. Dining nearby was not only expensive, but very mediocre quality."
"at first, we didn’t think we were going to like it here. The buildings need a little TLC on the outside. But as it turned out, they were sparkling clean on the inside and we had everything we needed. we stayed in chalet number 25. It was super quiet in spite of being somewhat close to the freeway.
Plenty of grassy areas to walk our dogs. The people staying here and the people working here were all very friendly and sweet. It’s a very down to earth place. For those who like her medically, sealed windows and sterile hotels this is not the place for you. But if you like funky relaxed settings, this is perfect and also super convenient to both Canmore and Banff. also close to a really great dog park in Canmore. We will definitely look forward tostaying here again!"
