About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Cozy Cabin on the Farm

Come relax in our rustic cabin. Rock on the front porch, drink your coffee and watch the sun rise over the pond. Later in the day, fish in the pond or go for a swim. If you like, join us for our morning chores on the farm and meet our friendly goats, chickens, and Great Pyrenes Livestock Guardian Dogs. We'll be providing you farm fresh eggs from those same chickens to enjoy as your breakfast. The cabin has great wifi and a smartv. So, if you need to stay connected--you can.

In the evening, grill your dinner on the gas grill and then enjoy s’mores at your fire pit.

Idyllic
The property is so serene, quiet and beautiful. Bob the owner could not be more helpful. He enhanced our stay by helping my grandkids fish, find frogs on an evening walk and let us pick apples and pears! The pond is clean and refreshing. We swam, kayaked, paddle boarded and did some fishing. It was a wonderful stay!

Better than expected!
This place is awesome! Bob and Angie are the best hosts! They have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The cabin is very roomy and cozy but if your over 6 feet in height just watch your head going out the back door 😉. The animals are all so wonderful to pet and watch play. Beautiful scenery all around you to enjoy nature with a side of peace and quiet. Just loved this place, cant wait to visit again!

Perfect getaway
The cabin is in the middle of the country which makes it so great. Very peaceful and serene. We were very late arriving (around 11pm) and Bob, the owner, stayed up to welcome us, give us a quick tour and help us with our luggage. We were in the area for a wedding so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the property as much as we would've like to. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was nice. We enjoyed eating breakfast out on the back porch and having our coffee on the front porch. The animals were adorable to watch. Thank you for everything!

Peaceful
My daughter and I went for a couple days to get away while she was on spring break. We just stayed in and enjoyed a fire and chilled with books and netflix! The sound of the rain on the roof was relaxing as well! It was a bit to chilly to enjoy the porches or deck to pond, but I'm sure that would of been great as well!

Cozy cabin and exceptional experience
We’d give it 10 stars out of 5 if that were possible! The gem of a cabin - and Bob and Angie, the friendliest and most gracious and accommodating hosts - - are the reasons why. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing, as well as full of fun things to do. We fished and made s’mores, discovered a piece of history in an old covered bridge, and spent time with Cutie (the friendliest cat we’ve ever met) and Elsa and Roo (the sweetest, most gentle Giant Pyrenees.) To both fall asleep and awake to the sounds of nature reminds you of what matters most - the simple things. Simply put, this getaway was one for the books (and hopefully one we can repeat again someday.)

Wonderful Cabin!
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! The cabin was just perfect for our visit to the Upper Sandusky area. We loved having our morning coffee on the front deck, hanging out by the pond during the day and enjoying supper and playing games on the back deck in the evening. We enjoyed watching the goats, chickens and dogs on the farm. Bob and Angie were great hosts. We truly wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely stay here again if we get back to the area.

Cozy cabin with gracious hosts
My fiance , his 9 year old son and I stayed here for a weekend and a had fun plus relaxing time. The hosts were so friendly and got us anything we needed right away. Their farm had chickens, goats, dogs and a cat that we interacted with. There was the option of us helping with chores around the farm and feeding them which my fiance's son loved doing . We swam, kayaked , fished and used the paddle boat in the pond. At night we relaxed by the fire pit. The cabin had very comfy furniture inside/outside on the deck, front and back porches. I highly recommend this place for a getaway especially for families. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

Memories that will last a lifetime
I cannot say enough about how wonderful our time was here. This cozy cabin was the perfect place to spend our spring break. Our boys loved being able to help with taking care of the goats and chickens. The whole family fell in love with the animals, especially Roo, Elsa, and Cutie! We had an amazing time fishing, boating, making smores, and celebrating Easter together. The entire experience was memorable and very special. That is very much thanks to Bob and Angie. They were the most wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make our trip one that our family will forever cherish!

What a Great Place!
Bob and Angie do anything they can to make you feel right at home. The cabin was clean and nicely stocked. The kids loved the farm and all their pets. They especially loved their cat, Cutie who would hangout at the cabin with us. The tour of the farm and the fresh eggs were awesome. It was nice walking out the front door right on the lake to go fishing! We will be back for sure and really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet Country Getaway
The Wyandot County cabin and farm far exceeded our expectations! The cabin is immaculate and extremely well cared for. Very cozy and comfortable! Likewise the farm is fantastic and while it was early spring during our stay, there is plenty to do if the weather allows. Bob and Angie are fantastic hosts and worked very hard to ensure that we had a great stay. Roo and Elsa are very sweet dogs and make you feel safe while you are there! I loved the location as it is very quiet and it is minutes from anything you need. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and will be looking to stay here again in the future! Well done Bob and Angie! Keep up the good work!

Wonderful stay in the country!
We had a wonderful time at this cabin! Whether it was relaxing by the fire pit or hanging out with the goats, this was a wonderful spot! So quiet and peaceful, and the cabin itself was such a unique spot! The hosts were very kind and gracious, and they were happy to make suggestions about nearby attractions or tell us about their lives on the farm. We'd definitely recommend this place to most anyone (the only potential issue we saw was that the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with somewhat tall beds, and the bathroom is downstairs; not an issue for us, but it might be for someone with mobility issues).
