The staff was really helpful. The room was clean.

When booking it does offer if you pay a bit more it would include free breakfast but once you arrive it’s not free breakfast you only get $10 a day credit towards your stay and their breakfast items start at $12.00 for something very simple and you need to charge to your room so you can get your $10 credit for breakfast. We never used the credit so we ended up paying more for our room for no reason. You also pay $15 a day to park in their garage. While the location is near most downtown eateries and shops and college about 15 min walk down Dickson st. This hotel wasn’t very accommodating and was mostly an à la carte type hotel as they were looking for any reason to add a charge to your room. You can find much better stays a bit away from downtown and will save you drastically. Springdale has very good stays with all them amenities included for free and when they say comes with free breakfast-they mean it and free parking. I will not stay here again even though we are honor members I would prefer to stay at another one of Hilton hotels and get what we pay for.

Such a beautiful property. Restaurant, bar and pool on site are top notch and the fire pits outside are a great place to relax at night!

This was a beautiful, old inn and we really enjoyed staying here the first day/night. We were there on Friday and Saturday nights. There was a wedding on Saturday evening. They were very focused on taking care of that, as they should be. However, the music was loud and went on until 10:30 p.m. The wedding was outside so we were unable to use certain doors, walk around the area, find a parking place or sleep. Check that there are no weddings before you go! Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to stay.
