"The outside of the property was very under managed. Everything‘s overgrown had been mowed yet and this is April outside. Seating was covered. Had to sweep the porch to keep from tracking stuff in. Lotta stairs missed that in the pictures."

"Check was a breeze and the gentleman was super friendly. He provided recommendations for local restaurants as well as surrounding places to go and see. The glamping site was perfect and the entire property was well maintained and clean. There’s another gentleman (Matthew) that oversees the property. He stopped by our site on our first night there and told us everything the offer and he provided his number so that we could text him if we needed anything. Customer service is a priority here and it was much appreciated. This was a great getaway to “recharge” the personal battery and get the personal engine light reset!"

"We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean because she herself had shampooed the carpets. She said she was willing to send someone to clean morebifnwe were unsatisfied. However, who plans a vacation and arrives and then is willing to wait for a cleaning crew to show up AFTER they have arrived!? And how does that help with the urine smell. We left and did not stay. I have pictures and video proof"

"The hot tub was plenty warm...a little hot ,but good. It's a nice little spot, in fact with 3 separate sleeping spots it isn't so small. Thanks "
