I wish we could have stayed longer

When checking in I reminded the gal that I had requested a room either near an elevator (they don't have one) or on the first floor since my husband has difficulty walking. She assigned us a room that although it was nice, and on the river, to get to the room we had to go down a very long and steep ramp. The TV in the room worked on and off for the entire stay even after someone did come and get it started. I was not advised of the housekeeping schedule when checking in, I asked for additional towels on the second day of our stay. This did not happen until the third request. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. We travel to Bend on a fairly regular basis and this was our first time staying at the Riverhouse. Most likely, we will not return.
