Everything was ok, but the noise from the room above ours was extremely annoying 3 different times at night talking and sounded like stomping for about an hour at midnight and again at 2:30 in the morning and again early morning. But otherwise it was alright

Sisters Inn and Suite was a mixed bag for us. We loved the very spacious room with everything we needed - big refrig, microwave, large tv, desk, fairly comfortable beds - even a little couch and a patio with tables and chairs. All of that was a pleasant surprise. We liked the location on the west end of town with a grocery at walking distance. The biggest struggle we had was getting hot water. We went to the office multiple times and at all times during the day to let them know the showers were only slightly warm. One time the staff reset the water heater, one time the staff said we were the only ones complaining. Noone came to check the situation. So we put up with it. There was a glob of hair on the shower wall and the bathrooms needed a deep clean. The comforter on one of the beds had blood or chocolate smeared on the underside and needed to be washed. Would we stay there again - probably not unless we had an absolute guarantee of hot water.

We have stayed at The Pines several times and have never been disappointed in the convenience of its location at Sunriver, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendliness of its staff.

Super cute updated property with a pool and hottub, cute little bar on site. Close to Bend activities. Helpful staff.
