Sleeping arrangements
This spacious townhome offers a perfect home base for your Whistler getaway, with ample space for six guests. Spread across two levels, the townhome includes three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper level features the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony offering stunning mountain views. The ensuite bathroom provides a relaxing space with a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, the second bedroom offers a versatile king split bed that can be configured as a king or two twin beds, making it ideal for both couples or friends. This bedroom also has access to a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The third bedroom also features a king split bed, along with a closet, dresser, and a TV with cable for cozy nights in.
Outdoor living
Natural light pours into the living room, where large windows frame scenic views of the surrounding peaks. The inviting space is centered around a fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for relaxing after a day outdoors. Ski access
Ski-in/Ski-out access is available when conditions allow, just a short walk from the front door. A 30-second stroll along the complex driveway takes you to Merlin’s Run, a Green Line trail that connects you to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, depending on snow levels, which can be confirmed with the Guest Services team.
Amenities and conveniences
For your convenience, the townhome is equipped with high-speed WiFi, a designated mudroom with gear storage, and in-suite laundry with detergent provided. The home also features secure underground parking for one vehicle, with additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bike storage is provided in the underground garage, so feel free to bring your own lock. Essentials like towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and extra pillows and blankets are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
