Across three levels, this townhouse comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms. On the main floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and a step-out balcony. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, heated towel rail, and single vanity. The second bedroom on this level has a king-split bed, TV, and access to its own ensuite with a single vanity and glass-enclosed shower. On the lower floor, the third bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and direct access to a shared bathroom and deck, while the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and deck access. The Jack and Jill bathroom connecting these rooms features a single vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and heated towel rail.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. • No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
