"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "I had a good stay overall, beach front access to beautiful water. So close to the water! The amenities are wonderful at little to no cost ( paddle board, snorkel gear) Food was good. The only upset were the housekeeping staff at times. A couple of times they came into my room very early (9:30am) and walked into the room. One of them yelled at me to put the “do not disturb” sign up when i am in the room. Which i understand my fault it in in not doing so, but this is the only hotel that I have found housecleaning to come in so early. Some (not all) of the staff weren’t the most friendly which was a bummer as well. Overall this place is wonderful and has potential to be better with some tweaks."
