Beautiful, stylish, modern town centre house set over 3 floors with amazing views over to the Abbey!! This stunning town house will give you the ideal get away, it is centrally located opposite Pannet park within easy walking distance to the town centre with it fantastic shops, cafes and restaurants, its an easy walk to the old town with its cobbled streets and then the 199 steps up to the Abbey. The beaches are only a 15 min walk away. I am available by phone. Curlew is just opposite Pannet park the historic Whitby park where the museum sits, in the Bagdale area of town which is one of the oldest parts. It is in very close proximity to all the main attraction Whitby has to offer including the beautiful beaches. Nestled in the heart of tranquility, The Curlew House offers a truly idyllic escape. As you arrive, you'll be delighted to find that access is a breeze: Convenient Parking: Simply park your vehicle, and in a mere 20 steps, you'll find yourself at the front door of this charming property. No long treks or strenuous climbs – just pure convenience. Three Floors of Delight: The Curlew House unfolds across three thoughtfully designed floors, promising plenty of space for relaxation and adventure. Each level unveils new treasures, ensuring that your stay is nothing short of memorable. Its unusual to get parking in Whitby so with its own parking space this makes it even more desirable, plus a garden and patio area to the front and back to sit out and enjoy the sun. This upside down house makes the most of the amazing views over to the Abbey by having the open plan lounge/diner and kitchen on the 2nd floor with double door’s you can open to enjoy the views even more in the summer. With a full kitchen has electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and everything you need to enjoy a family meal together around the dinning table. The L shaped sofa means everyone can sit in comfort while watching the smart TV with Sky box. The first floor has a beautiful double bedroom and also a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, there is a full bath room with shower over bath with body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided for you. The ground floor has a lovely king size bedroom and then a separate shower room. The entrance to the patio and garden are through the back of the property, a great space to enjoy your summer evenings. Whitby Train Station Whitby rail station is located along Bagdale and towards Victoria Square (YO21 1BH). There are routes to Newcastle, Darlington, Ruswarp, Grosmont and Glaisdale. Bus Routes Whitby has great bus routes to surrounding areas including villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast. Hop on the Arriva X4A route which travels from Whitby to Middlesbrough bus station with stops in Hinderwell, Runswick Bay, Port Mulgrave and Sandsend.
