Lovely B&B

Lovely B&B. The owners were very friendly, and very helpful. Very considerate of people's needs. Rooms were lovely, clean, well maintained. Beds were a little too firm for me but that's personal preference so not really a criticism! It was very nice, food was great, and it was a very pleasant stay.

Beautifully presented and immaculately clean guest

We stayed in this beautifully presented, immaculately clean guest house for two nights. Size wise, our room was much as expected from a guest house, it was very well equipped (including a fridge) and had a nice walk in en-suite shower. An extremely generous traditional cooked breakfast was provided in the base dining room (there was a choice of standard fried, with all the trimmings, or scrambled or poached eggs plus additional items such as kippers if ordered in advance). There are steps both outside and inside so I can’t recommend it for those with mobility issues. Parking is on-street, but you are provided with free pass. There was plenty of availability when we visited (but get a pass as soon as you arrive). The town centre and harbour are just a short walk away. We would be more than happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the pi newood.Clean everything you need in your room.Shampoo,shower gel,hairdryer. Tea coffee ,hot choc. The breakfasts is to die for,best fresh fruit ive had.Full English gorgeous. We loved our two nights. We thought parking may be a problem,but we found a spot as we arrived in the street.You get a parking permit from the owners.Will go again.x

We enjoyed a lovely stay here. Will definitely book again. The host was very friendly. Offered us a parking permit but we had already paid at the nearby am at park. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing.
