The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The only negatives we found were they needed better pillows, and a different breakfast menu would improve the stay. Facility was clean. Offered several amenities. I would certainly stay there again.

They think of everything, down to full size products in the bathroom. The staff here are so friendly and helpful! We had some problems with key cards not always working but you get that anywhere you go. My daughter and I came up for a week to visit family, so a vacation for us. Several days we were up and out early, but a couple days we wanted to sleep late and the early maid service woke one of us up. And it was mostly quiet, but I could hear the tv from the other room through the wall (again, most anywhere you go). I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, quite comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Lots of nice hiking trails where our dogs could walk off leash was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend staying at the Pine Lodge.
