Stunning rooms, wonderful helpful staff snd a really lovely and delicious bar/restaurant.

Don’t know where to start!Everything about this hotel was amazing!From the check in to check out we loved everything.All of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful for everything.Our room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious with specialty coffees an Al la carte as well as buffet options!The feel there was so relaxing we wished we were staying longer!

Great hotel, wonderful staff!

The hotel was in a perfect location…right in the centre of old town. It had beautiful lush grounds and the rooms were perfect.

Overall i would rate this hotel at 3.5 stars out of 5. What makes this hotel a 4-star is the friendly hotel staff and the breakfast. What brings this hotel down to a 3 or 3.5-star rating is the bathroom (shower water is fairly cold even at max, the shower drain runs slow and water seeps out into the general bathroom area, and despite an airfreshener in the bathroom, the bathroom sometimes has a sewage smell) and the linens and towels which depending on the laundry you will either get old greyed-out ratty towels/sheets or on a good day white and newer linens/towels. The gym has a treadmill, elliptical, bike and weights, but no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan so not ideal for any cardio workouts. The breakfast provides good options, with made-to-order eggs and other items. The hotel itself is outside of the Chiang Mai "rectangle", but is within walking distance to several temples/Wats as well as the "red trucks" depot in front of the Seven-eleven that can provide transport to other tourist areas. I would ultimately recommend this hotel if you are staying in Chiang Mai, but try to get a sale/deal as the regular 4-star pricing that we paid may not match the quality of the rooms.
