I will not stay here

Room was less desirable than advertised. Front desk attendant was friendly and apologetic. The room was not clean, smelled like smoke, fridge not working, no trash cans, the bed looked slept-in, the toilet had been used and not flushed, plastic bowl under the ac to catch water. I checked out and booked across the street at the Best Western. Stay there instead

Staff was helpful and attentive. Facility was clean. My room definitely needed to be finished painting as none of the edges were done. The bed cover had a cigarette burn on it, and the chair was is absolutely horrible condition, as a form hotel sales person, I was pretty surprised and appalled by that. Just remove it. As a solo female traveler though, I felt safe in the location and for the price, I was pleased enough with it. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub was fun and was clean, but the plug didn't work right, so the water had to stay running to keep it full. But, never ran out of hot water. The 2 shower heads in the shower and the surround sound speaker system were all pretty cool too.

Room was not clean and in need of repairs. No bathroom paper and no soap. Couple roaches. Staff friendly and made fresh coffee.

The beds was very comfortable and the front desks people was very friendly. There was no soap, coffee maker or fridge and microwave in the room. You couldn't get coffee until 9 am, it was the bare necessity. I've stay at serval Red Roof Inn when I travel and this was the worst. Talk to the front desk about the condition of the place and he said he would try to make the property more better. I then inform him if I was in the area I would try staying, if things wasn't any better I find anothe hotel.

This place needs to be shut down. I should have cut my losses and went elsewhere once I entered the room. Actually getting into the room was a pain because I had to turn the door handle the wrong way (up) to get in. I couldn’t properly lock the door deadbolt because the hole wasn’t big enough. So I had to use the door latch, along with a torn up, desecrated leather chair that should really be in a dumpster to block the door. If you want proof, there was a grouo of dead flies in the corner after I moved the chair. The room may smell clean but it’s not enough to cloud your judgment when you see that there are a couple flies near the sink and in the bathroom. Don’t bother with taking a shower in there; you’ll feel dirty just doing that. Stupidly, I was content with the room because I was only going to be using the room for sleep. Unfortunately, that’s near impossible when you have the absolute dredges of society staying there. I think they are actually tenants. There was some couple arguing and smashing the doors and I guess they got into a fight with someone else. After two hours of trying to get to sleep, I was ready to just grab my stuff and check out early. Unfortunately, I couldn’t because their fighting was occurring either outside my room or near my room. God knows if I walk out during their conflict, I may have been collateral damage. I’ve stayed in some bad hotels. This is the absolute worst place I’ve every stayed at, and I blame myself for being content with it.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Don't stay here. Bugs everywhere It was a bought out Red Roof Inn that failed at every aspect of a hotel. Bathtub was extremely dirty, drapes torn and tattered. Should I need to say my more. Just pass on this one.

Gentleman that checked me in was as sweet, helpful and polite as any front desk attendant could be. But the room is dirty and but im too tired to complain and dont want to bother the attendant. I have pictures of bathroom and towel i used to wash off my feet. I will email upon request.
