A great motel at $50/night that's super friendly, has easy parking, clean inside, wifi, king bed, table and refrigerator and microwave and ac/heat. It's 30 seconds off expressway even! I've stayed here before. It's not the Marriot and doesn't have breakfast, but I love OYO downtown Wichita Falls. Thank you!!

Property was nicer on the inside than I expected, but the bathroom fan was rusted and the bed box was loud as heck and just was not comfy. Get what you pay for and good cheap little place to sleep.

You get what you pay for, not the best, but there’s worse. Be mindful of bugs! Found a couple in the bathroom. If you’re on a budget this isn’t the worst place to go. 5/10 !

We had to ask for towels and was only given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. Towels were stained and discolored. Only half the lights in the room worked. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean.

I was in the hotel room for 15 minutes before I realized it was so unacceptable that I’d rather keep driving to my destination rather than getting bed bugs and maybe robbed. It was raining really hard and being in a moving car in the heavy rain felt safer than being inside this disgusting hotel room.
