Nobody answered the phone When I did ger ahold of the front desk rhe person who answered told me he was a long term desk and nobody would be available to help me until the next day. When we showed up to our room there was a spot on the bed that looked like something had spilled but not been cleaned up. The front desk person was very slow and made a few comments to my family that made us uncomfortable. In all honesty, I did not feel safe in this hotel. It is not located in the best area of town either. To top it all off we had left a few brand new shirts in one of our rooms on accident. We called the hotel and they had found them. However the gentleman at the front desk told us if we didn’t come by midnight to get them that they would likely not be there the next day then he hung up. We called back and he gave us the same explanation and hung up on us again. Very disturbing behavior. Didn’t feel like room was entirely cleaned throughly nor was the commons area in the lobby. No breakfast was served. Family had planned on eating our fast food at the tables but chairs and table did not appear wiped down. We are in a pandemic so that discouraged us and instead ate in the room.Dried paint on the bathroom countertop. Could be a fairly nice place if cleaned better. Not worth the price I paid.
