The hotel smelled like cigarettes. I stayed for only a few hours while waiting for flight. The bathroom light wouldn’t turn on.

It's a very basic hotel so not tons of amenities. The breakfast is "Continental" (cereal, muffins and toast) The room was very clean and updated. The staff, helpful, although challenged by a new computer system. On the downside the HVAC in our room was very noisy so earplugs are recommended. It is next to a wall mart and lots of restaurants so that was certainly a plus!

Rooms were clean and remodeled but have very samll bathrooms. Beds are too tall. Ice maker was not working. Breakfast selection is limited. Not much for low carb options. Everyone was nice but a lot of people hanging out in the parking lots at their vehicles or walking through.

no microwave in the rooms no coffee pots in rooms for the price of 98.00 a night rooms and restroom are so small the restroom u can barely get in and out every disappointed

We were just ther to sleep. Beds were very tall and hard for a short lady to get on bed. Young man at the ck in desk had a very thick accent so he was hard to understand

The room was clean. We thought it was strange we didn't have a microwave. But that was basically the only thing we noticed. Nice stay bed was comfortable.

The room was really clean and nice! The problem I had was no water pressure and even putting it on hot the water still was cold!! Didn't enjoy taking a cold shower also the air conditioner wasnt working right. It may be jusy our room but I don't think so. The person that was working there said it was because other people taking showers at the same time @ 3:00 pm in the afternoon?? Oh ok don't think so

Everything was good except for the room was dirty, found a urine stain on bathroom, floor dirty with spill stains on floor and sheets smelled like smoke

The room was very clean, AC worked great, TV worked great but the downfall was that the bed was so high that the mattress was even with my waist and impossible for me to get onto it without using the desk chair to stand on! Also there's no dehumidifier, obvious because in the morning my clothes were cold from the AC but damp from the air.

I was moved to four different rooms due to black mold being in the ceiling from water damage try to get some body wash they didn't have any the maids they were like irritated or frustrated because I was asking for tissue paper towels body wash that they provided they were out of body wash safe 6 days of my stay tell me that they didn't wash the pillows you could smell the the musty smell from the pillows from the previous no telling how many people had laid on those pillows and they haven't been washed she said they don't wash the pillows unless they have to which is disgusting so I was I was only cop you say that a $200 of my money and I can't use the other $112 until September so I will never stay at that location again

The housekeepers cleaned my room but took my belongings and kept most of them a total of $58.34 worth of items. The front desk said that it probably got thrown away. I dont know why when some of them were only used once or twice so it was practically brand new. My scrub top, milk, hair products, women's dove body wash the pumpkin limited edition kind, hair brush, boxer shorts, etc. I front desk workers are great but dont leave anything in the room if you dont want it to come uo missing. Housekeeping are thieves. They're the only problem I have with this motel. So please dont get a room here. You're wasting your time.

Without question the worst hotel where I’m stayed. I asked the desk clerk about an accessible room. There’s only one and it’s not available. I use a walker and I saw stairs and asked if there was a way to get to my room without stairs, he said yes. I asked if there were outside doors to the rooms, he said yes. I walk outside the building and walked trying to mind my room number. No doors on the outside. I used my key in a side door I saw 4 steps down to the rooms. His English was poor. He either did not understand me or he was lying. The room was small but it looked cleaned. I opened the bathroom door and the room was so small my walker did not fit. Neither did the door. It scraped on the floor and did not close. The floor looked clear but with every step in my bare feet, my feet stuck to the floor making a thwack sound as I walked. They are using the wrong cleaning stuff if there floor are clean BUT sticky. Not great!!
