  • If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay in Wichita you have found it. The apartment is part of a duplex with our home on the other side. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath and laundry facilities in the apartment all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking on the gravel driveway to the right of the home. The entry to the apartment is there. Easy access to all the major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis.

The apartment was exquisite in decor. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was very nice furnished with plenty of appliances for a longer stay. Parking right beside the entrance and the beds (queen & twins) were very comfortable. We’d like to coma again and stay longer.

Eclipse Trip!

This was a lovely little house that was perfect for an overnight stay on our road trip across America. Very comfortable to sleep in and the location was nice and quiet.

Everything was clean and it was comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and we were able to sleep peacefully. Owners live on property but the house is split. Didn't ever see them and could barely hear them.

Lovely place

Our travel was by train it was a long tiring ride however Larry was very kind and kept the light on for use since we checked in after midnight. The apartment was clean and very cozy. The beds were perfection and OMG the shower after a long day of travel was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay Thank you Larry and Fran.

Nice and simple

Nothing too fancy which was just fine. Place was clean and the beds were wonderful. Little efficiency type of set up. Owners I believe are close by if something is needed, we were pleased. Look forward to coming back.

Work Trip

We LOVED Larry’s home! Such a cute little spot with very sweet host. They accommodated us to a last minute trip to Kansas for our team. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable! It fit our team of 4 perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again when work brings us back up! Thank you so much Larry for such a nice stay!

Cozy apartment

My brother and I were visiting Wichita again after many years away. This place was very quiet and restful (except for the thunderstorm one night!)It was close to the freeways for our trips into town. The only thing I would add would be coffee creamers and sugars. The hosts provided cold water bottles and snacks upon our arrival which was very nice!The furniture is definitely older, but so are we! It was a comfortable place to land for a couple of days.

Quiet spot

It was a quiet neighborhood and nice location to where we were training. Was not a fan of all the dog hair and dust accumulated on the fans and floors in some spots. Wish I would have know it was a pet friendly place I would not have booked. I’m allergic to dogs so my allergies were in full swing. Overall a nice place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the apartment and the quiet neighborhood. It was in the perfect location for everything we needed to get to. All the amenities for the perfect weekend stay along with a much needed snack when we arrived. Hosts were very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for us (2 adults and a toddler). It is a 10-15 min drive to zoo, old downtown sites, but 1-5 min drive for essential places. Check in instructions were on website, but we needed to ask for access code. Laundry room was a bonus! Check out instructions were listed on site, but were somewhat different in the BNB so we were unsure which to go by, but we went with the website instructions. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back!
