When we got to the property at 22:45, the office was closed. But the door into the rooms was unlocked. We had to call someone to come to the office, and she came to the office barefoot. Then she told me they were overbooked and did not have a room for us. We would have to contact Expedia for a refund.

The property was clean, the rooms large, and the staff helpful. The only issue I faced was that the room key card deactivated at midnight on the day I was leaving. This meant when I went outside to look at the sunrise I was unable to reenter my room. Luckily staff were able to sort the problem quickly but it is something to be aware of when staying here since the employees said it was an intentional feature rather than an unfortunate accident.

The best Hotel I've experienced on Hotel.com. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. You'll have a good size refrigerator, & use if a stove top with 2 burners. They also have an elevator another added bonus. I would recommend them to anyone.

I liked the convenience of the location, I didn't like the hidden fees of an additional $70 deposit on top of the 2 night's I booked in advance. The $20 dollars for housekeeping fees in which I never had 1 stop by and ask if we needed anything. Not going to be booking any more stays at this location again.
