"The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me. I also couldn't access wifi when I...

"I found the hotel really good in general - top location near Vienna’s main train station with shops open til late. The room was clean and uniquely designed with was fun. Hotel staff were super polite and helpful always. The free tea/coffee in the morning was a great bonus. If it was easier to contact the reception (no number provided, had to go down each time) and a few extra amenities in the room were provided (e.g. a safe) I would give the place 5/5\. Amazing stay!
