“Nice hotel, staff was rarely at the front desk though. Hallways and elevators were extremely hot, I don't think the AC was working. Thermostat in my room wasn't able to be adjusted, but the temp was far better than the hallways.”

“I enjoyed the lovely accommodations and beautiful lake view! Learning about the hostels life and live of serving guests was great too! Breakfast was perfect, coffee always on, and that glass of wine in the evening hit the spot! Thanks for a great stay!”

“Room was clean. Breakfast had good options. Hotel is in nice area. Safe environment. Our fridge didnt work and was one of the last old version of fridges that was replaced by a new one. The kids pool and hot tub was full of dead flies that not even my 3 year old would go swimming because of this. Our worst experience was from staff named Jaeden or Jaden. She approached us on the 4th as we were setting out lawn chairs to watch the fireworks. Many people mind u were out. We are minorities of black……

“Staff was very helpful, pool area and slide were great, the floor in the room was not clean (seemed un-vacuumed ) and the bathroom was pretty clean but not perfect either. The curtain was broken as well. 7/10 as a whole.”
