This is by far the best vrbo we have stayed at. The game room in the garage was awesome! The beds were incredible, I'd actually know what brand they are. Pros- House is very clean Location is easy to get to House has all the ammendities Cons- Zero privacy-close neighbors and house has a camera on the front porch (only seating outside) Always felt like we were being watched. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. All the beds have very firm mattresses. Needless to say we all struggled to sleep well and had sore muscles. House was HOT and the thermostat is locked. I tried using the front door code but that didnt work. Its the only house that i have ever stayed at that you can not make it to your comfort. The upstairs has no fans for circulation so its very hot and stuffy. We had fun playing ping pong and darts in the garage. The garage game room is such a fun bonus. Quiet neighborhood with a nice lake and playground nearby and the town of Williams is very cute too. It’s about an hour drive up to the grand canyon. The location of this VRBO was nice as there was plenty to see and do in Williams and close enough to the Gand Canyon that it was not too far of a drive. The home was very clean and homey feeling, and my kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables!
