We arrived early and inquired about checking in. Were told the room was ready but there was a $40 early check in fee. It was 1:45pm and check in was 3:00 pm. We waited. Check in was smooth. The walls are very thin. It sounded like the family in the next room were in our room. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

The property is in need of updating and proper management. Bed was made backwards. The room was relatively clean. The staff had their hands full dealing with issues. With a little more precise management, they can bring it up to speed.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean. Breakfast was good (hot and tasty). The pool was nice and clean. Cement work is n needed for the side walk. It is uneven with lots of cracks. I had difficulty pulling my luggage to the room. There's no elevator

Room was clean besides bathroom was a little dirty. Stain on one of the comforters. Shower head was broken and only 2/5 lights in the room worked. Hotel was overbooked. Waited roughly 25 minutes to get checked in only 2 people in front of me. People behind me were waiting an hour+ on a room. Staff was nice though and did what they could. Multiple people had problems with keycards not working more than once for the room door. Multiple rooms were still not cleaned from the morning. I checked in around 4-5 pm.

It’s best price around for what you get , sone of the staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make your stay easy and some are not ! They charge a $50 incidental fee that they don’t tell you about till you check in

Stopped here for the night just passing through. Nice enough, but everything felt like a store going out of business. In fact, they were closing their TGI Friday's on May 31, despite doing good business. The restaurant was a selling point because I could get some late apps for dinner. Downside, the room smelled like wet dog. Didnt love it.
