“The casita was newly remodeled, very clean and neat, and well-equipped with electrical appliances of every kind. The bed was soft and comfortable, with fresh sheets and a plethora of pillows. Light switch locations were a bit awkward. Most concerning is that the front door threshold is an extreme tripping hazard and should be remedied. The communication was so intense, it felt like the owners are control freaks. ”

“Host was communicative, house was set up for our crew perfectly, a nice open floor plan and a working kitchen. The backyard is gated and has a nice table and a grill. Neighborhood was fine and we had a good time at the Wooden Nickel for a quick visit down the street- got some wings and played pool. Somewhat nearby the park which had a craft/art fair with 250 vendors. Basically all you needed for a few days with the fam.”

“Everything was pretty much plug 'n' play. Clean spot, conveniently located near 4th, downtown and UA. I would recommend an after hours phone just in case something arises. Otherwise, I was satisfied.”

“This property was great for us. Very nice, clean, nicely restored, and comfortable property. Everything about it's use was spelled out clearly in the instructions for the property too. It's in a ok neighborhood close to the UofA with mostly student neighbors. Net time we are coming to Tucson, we will definitely be looking for this property. ”
