The bathroom floor was not clean and had stuff on the floor that should have been cleaned. The hallways smelled like garbage. Many guests left their leftovers or throw out food in the hallways. It had a terrible odor. I went to the gym one morning and instead of towels to use they little tiny wash clothes, 6 by 6 inches, I would have needed 10 of them to cover the workout bench. In summary the hotel was smelly and dirty. It would be hard for me to stay there again. Also, the breakfast looked very unappetizing. Very disappointed.

It was great as usual. The staff was super helpful and the room was very clean.

Parking was difficult. Breakfast was jusy ok. For the amt I paid to stay I had expected a bit more.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely stellar and were the one bright spot during my stay. They were friendly, professional, and did everything they could to make guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, the property itself was a catastrophe. The hotel charges $12 per day for parking, yet the Hilton sharing the same parking lot does not charge guests at all. The building is badly in need of renovation. The carpets in both the hallways and guest rooms were dirty, worn, and wavy, creating an unkempt appearance throughout the property. Cleanliness was also a concern. The towels in my room had brown stains, and I found hair in the bathroom upon arrival. Overall, the hotel felt very dated and overdue for a complete refresh. So never again would I stay there.
