Chapel Chill is an excellent choice for groups that need a larger property but remain at a more affordable rate than the oceanfront. This second-row home's reversed living floor plan provides great views of the ocean just across the street. This property is clean, comfortable, and has all the provisions you'll need during your vacation. A large yard on the sound side of the house provides plenty of room to run and play, but be mindful that the area is NOT fenced. Beach access is across the street. Cable TV and wireless internet are provided for your convenience. The outdoor shower has hot & cold water and is enclosed.

The top level consists of the living area, dining area, kitchen, ocean-side Master Bedroom (King) with a sliding door to the deck and a full bathroom. The lower level holds the remaining 3 ocean-side bedrooms (Queen & 4 Twins). The Queen bedroom has a private bathroom, and the third shared bathroom is located at the end of the hall nearest the entry door with access from the bedroom and hallway.

Bed sizes include 1 King, 1 Queen, and 4 Twins. Pillows and blankets are provided. Please arrange to bring your own sheets & towels. Linen rental information is available upon request.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)
