Your bartender (older gentleman with a slight limp) is extremely RUDE! He did not greet us, did not ask what we wanted to drink and did not even say thank you! My husband and I flew all that way for a funeral so we stopped in just to take a load off and ended up leaving worse than when we walked in. Completely unacceptable

Had to change rooms 2 times due to dirty towels on the floor and due to air conditioner that didnt wirk right byt the staff was very nice and accomodating and the 3rd room was great!

The area is close to the shopping mall. The hotel was clean, the only thing is that the air condition was noisy we couldn't really sleep. It has an on and off noise.

Very convenient to PA to visit Longwood or West Chester or downtown Wilmington. 25 minutes from Philadelphia airport. More parking needed on weekends. One entrance in to lot. If you miss it (which is easy to do) you end up at the mall. There is no access from the mall lot.
