The property was ok. It definitely needs renovations. They had old wood boards that were secured with tape. The vanities in the bathroom had cracks in them. I didn't feel safe at this property, there were a lot of guys hanging around outside. I wouldn't recommend it.

They refused to refund even though it stated fully refundable. The whole area was stinking and very old. The bedsheets had mold stains and the toilet had pop stains. Worst experience ever.

The hotel should be closed down it was so insane it was disgusting it had bugs in the elevator in the room. The bed had ants in it and flies all over the smell was so bad my Grandaughter got sick to her stomach and was throwing up all night. We won’t stay at any Quality hotel again

The rooms were in good condition. The only downside was that the bath / shower's hot and cold were reversed which was not noted at check in. It was easy enough once I reported that the hot water wasn't working and I was provided with the reversal information.

Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in my life. It had cockroaches everywhere and even bed bugs. Teh worst thing about it is that they didn’t want to give us a refund because apparently they didn’t find reasons too. Everything stiinjed and it all looked dangerous. Please don’t ever stay at this hotel, the staff is extremely rude and they don’t deserve to get your money.

This hotel had roaches. I killed a small bug in the bathroom but wasn't sure it was a roach at first. After spending two nights, my son told me one of the nights there was a very large bug in the bathroom that he tried to kill but couldn't and it sounded very much like a roach. We kept our clothes and bags in trash bags in the garage for this entire week out of fear of bringing them home. The elevator got stuck on the 2nd flood and the attendant said it happens all the time "no worries". The hotel opens straight to the outside so you hear everything outside including neighbors coming and going all night as well as any chatter happening outside. The chair inside was dirty. I had to fix the toilet so it would flush... the room likely had not been touched in a long time... This shouldn't even be an option to stay at.

My wife has cancer and due to the smell of trash in containers outside of the room, cigarette smell, and body order we asked to change rooms. The staff change our room 3 times and every room was worse than our first room. I request that Expedia give us a full refund as the hotel told us they could not provide a full refund

Listen. I did not expect 4 or 5 star. 3 would have been nice. Just staying for a quick overnight for my daughter’s college graduation so didn’t need much. But, this place was tuff. The smell was nauseating. Like smoke & wet dog. The bathroom ceiling was peeling. There was rust or something in the bath tub. I mean it worked to sleep for a night. But I was up and gone as soon as I woke up.

Although the assigned room was supposed to be smoke-free, it smelled so bad that we couldn't stay in the room for more than an hour. The smell of smoke was unbearable. We were so sleepy that we tried to sleep despite the bad odor, but it was impossible. In the end, we spent the night sleeping in the car in the parking lot for the room we paid for :)
