Very comfortable living area, and plenty of room in the kitchen and bathroom. The washer/dryer was a bonus. There is a nice green area outside the patio, and a nearby small market for immediate needs. The market is rather pricey but there are markets in Jackson. The property is in need of some upgrades. The couch pulls out as a bed, but it was filled with crumbs and a dog chew toy, and it looks like the pillows and couch had never been cleaned. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of useful cooking utensils, but they needed a good cleaning. The front entry transition to carpet has a staple sticking out of the carpet. I know, because I stepped on it. The bathroom and laundry room was very clean and the washer and dryer worked well. The toilet seat needs replacing. It's a very cheep model that slides away from you when you sit on it. In summary, it worked for my son and I who are less discriminating then most, and the price was cost effective.
