"Very convenient location! Good access to Public Transportation and Great Shopping adjacent to the Hotel! Unfortunately, the Hotel room had VERY Poor Internet (SLOW and got disconnected several times). Also what Hotel does not have Facial tissue int the rooms?!?"

"I always enjoy staying at Brisbane Skytower. Everything during my last stay was perfect. A special thank you to Ili, who made the stay particularly pleasant with his kindness and professionalism. Whenever I have the opportunity to come to Brisbane, I return to the same place. It truly feels a bit like my second home when I am in the city. The location is excellent — very central and close to everything. The apartments are also wonderful: comfortable, well equipped, and they really make you feel as if you are at home. "Older property. It had an old world charm. From the soft jazz music in the lobby area to the room decor. Not modern and cold, it exudes warmth. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the best part. Nicely presented buffet. Views from our room of the river was nice. Nice stay. Would recommend this place to anyone. "

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about their service and quality control. Upon arrival, the staff attempted to check me into an accessible room even though I had booked a standard room. I was initially told that no standard rooms were available. I explained that I did not wish to stay in an accessible room and that I was willing to upgrade by paying the difference. I was then told the upgrade would cost $100 extra, even though the price difference on their own website was only about $40. Strangely, after this conversation, I was suddenly informed that a standard room would be available in about 10 minutes. It was quite questionable that a supposedly unavailable room could become ready in such a short time. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. After checking in, I drank some orange juice from the minibar fridge only to realise it had gone rotten. I spent the evening vomiting rotten orange juice. Due to this unpleasant experience and the overall lack of quality control, I decided to check out early and move to a nearby hotel which provided a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend staying here."
