Rooms were clean, bed was harder than I prefer, but my husband liked it. Cons... getting extra towels was like pulling teeth. Breakfast was less than desirable. Pros... large selection of drinks and snacks, smooth check in.

Not too sure if there was a reason but it smelt terrible walking in. Almost like a smoking lounge or something. The room was clean but kinda out dated for as much as we paid for the night. I will say that the staff was very nice.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,002 reviews)
This was one of the most disgusting properties I have ever stayed in. Let’s just say I came home immediate and washed every thing that was ever in that room including actual pillows. The carpets were torn and disgusting, the bed was covered in dirty linens, the bathtub and shower was disgusting and we had to wear socks at all times. We could not use the fold out sofa because of the condition of the mattress. This place should not be open.

"The staff was helpful but the property is not in good condition. The cleaning needs improvement, the halls are dark and it’s overpriced for the conditions of the property. Maybe the price was high because there was a Texas Tech game when I stayed. The breakfast was ok."

"We checked in and left without leaving our luggage. When we returned later that evening, we walked inside and I was trying to get the room card and the night person was staring us down like we didn’t belong there. He greeted us with do you need any help. I replied, “No, thank you. We are good.” We ..."
