“Clean room”

“Staff was super friendly and accommodating.”

“We had a problem with another hotel not having working air conditioning, so we desperately searched for another room at 1 a.m. We didn't have high expectations to begin with, but this hotel was more than we could ask for. Clean, quick, easy check in, roomy, and my stepson said "best waffles ever."”

“A hidden gem in west Texas”

“Property is old and run down. The room 122 we had was not cleaned properly. The sheets were not fresh. The room had a musty odor. The bathtub faucet didn’t work. On the flip side, Gargi from the front desk provided great support. The breakfast was decent. Overall this doesn’t look and feel like a Wyndham property at all.”

“First room they had to change me rooms there was toe nails all over the floor they did not vacuum, the bed sheets were not changed and were dirty it smelled like smoke and pee on the floor and hair and shower was black and dirty also curtains were brown stained. Second room smelled good and felt cleaner but was not vacuumed and the toilet had pee all over it and looked like dry blood on my bed sheets and floor towels were dirty. Also curtains looked stained and it was very dusty in there. And……

“Have stayed in this hotel before and don't have many complaints! Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the bathroom, very nice lobby. I did not get the chance to try breakfast but from what I saw it was a pretty good variety with a nice sitting room. One issue I did encounter this time was when I needed to print something, and not a single one of the 4 staff members there knew the password to the guest user on the two computers. They also did not seem too enthused to help until I made it……
