The main log cabin was well stocked, and the cottages were cute and comfortable. However, communication and support from the property management company, Hill Country Premier Lodging, was lacking. Main cabin was dirty including oven was very dirty. My wife spent several hours cleaning stove, oven, countertops, cabinet surfaces, silverware, and drinking glasses. One burner on gas stove was broken. No instructions on how to operate gas stove or HVAC. We had to make several calls to the property manager and had internet and HVAC service call interruptions. The people were very nice and apologetic but simply put the facilities were not well prepared.
