The Cedars Ranch is a stunning wedding & event venue and wilderness retreat featuring inspiring modern architecture throughout 20 acres of meandering, mature live oak trees in the heart of Texas Hill Country in Wimberley. Amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas, 2 pickleball courts, bocce ball, hiking trail, outdoor games, and more!

Spherical dome one-bedroom suite with a huge panoramic curved window stretching 16 feet allowing guests to lie in bed and view the natural scenery without leaving their cozy home. King bed on the main floor, additional queen bed in the loft, small kitchenette, and full bathroom.

Peaceful respite

So beautiful and peaceful. You start to unwind as soon as you arrive. Our cabin was great; simple, uncluttered and clean. We can't wait to go back and stay in a dome.

Perfect Quiet Get Away

Very cool and clean eco-dome in Wimberley! We loved the cozy and clean set-up, decor, location, comfort, quality, and seclusion. Would love to stay geee again and will highly recommend to others!!

Beautiful, peaceful NYE!

We had a fantastic New Years Eve at the Cedars Ranch in our XL Geodome. It was super peaceful and relaxing. They really thought of everything! The pool was heated (I wish they stated that on the listing so we could bring bathing suits with us to enjoy this amenity). The fire pit had plenty of wood, fire starters, and lighters to last the whole weekend. The game room was clean and fun with a pool table, kitchen, couches, TV, and bathroom. Our room was absolutely perfect, with a small kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfy bed, sitting area, dining area, and storage/closet area. While I thought the pet fee of 100 and the late checkout fee of 75 were a bit excessive, they were totally worth it. There was a beautiful garden area where we could close the gate and basically use it as a dog park and let our girl run around off leash. She loved it! There's miles of walking trails, if you're interesting in walking your animals or getting exercise. The stars we're unbelievable with the lack of light pollution. I highly recommend this resort if you're in the Wimberely area. Its very close to many breweries, wineries, distilleries, and restaurants.

AMAZING GET AWAY!!!

We had an absolute blast and look forward to returning. It is such a beautiful place. I highly recommend for a nice get away with friends our significant other. 5 STARS, ALL AROUND!!!

Quick Mother’s Day Getaway

We made last minute plans to go to Wimberley and found the Geodome at The Cedars. The geodome was very cozy and spacious. Momma and our boys loved spending the night in the “igloo”.
