“Pass this property and look for other options. You’ll save yourself $700+ . Within minutes of arriving we got a text saying we couldn’t use the fire pit due to a no burn ban. Our entire trip was based on wanting to sit by the fire pit and have s’mores . We had already bought all the supplies ! Not even an hour later or arriving the AC in the bedroom began to leak like a waterfall. We notified them immediately and told us just to turn it Off. They never sent anyone to fix it. “Very spacious, clean room ..we ate out for our meals this stay, but the property does have a fully equipped kitchen guests can use..close drive to town, but far enough away from the busy traffic of weekend Wimberly…it would be so convenient for the market days..owner was so nice and checked in to make sure our stay was comfortable..would stay here again ”
