“The staff seemed really confused and unable to help with requests”

“A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. ”

“The room was just amazing (space, bedding, bathroom, pitch black curtains). The breakfast was really soso: - Filthy plates on the first day - Freshness of products (the eggs looked tired, each day, with no new batch being added) - Some staff members clearly seemed very annoyed to be there”

“Hotel was not too far from town. A few necessary shops and a supermarket nearby.”
