When we checked in, we were not told that we needed to notify to have our room made. After our first night, the following day we had to request new sheets and towels. The following day we made the request but were in the room when they came by. They never returned.

This hotel is so gorgeous!! I love the statues, how historical it is, the thought put into decorating everywhere. The room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable! The speakeasy in the hotel is also a really cool thing. The drinks were good, they had non-alcoholic cocktails for sober friends, the decorations were really cool and kept to the speakeasy theme. The only downfall is the Nationwide Parking garage lol. Depending on where you park, you'll have quite the walk to the hotel. The elevator was broken so to go from the skywalk to the hotel, I had to go down 3 flights of stairs. Thankfully, the stairs are easy on joints with how easy they are to go up and down. Bright side is that the parking garage is only $10 for overnight.
