"Timbalah is a very spacious house with plenty of room for our family of 5 plus dog. We enjoyed the log fire and the pool table, as well as the quiet location near the national park. It’s a substantial home and well equipped, however there was a damp and musty smell in the downstairs bedrooms and we also encountered a broken door handle (upstairs bathroom), stained carpets, dirty tile grout and broken window blinds that let this property down. For dog owners it’s worth knowing that this property is not fully fenced - unfortunately our dog disappeared into the neighbours backyard a couple of times. With a little love and attention we feel this family house could be described as ‘luxury’ again."
