Family Visit

Perfect Convention Retreat

Kim’s home was exactly as described and was above expectations. Very comfortable house and after a long day, it felt like coming home! To me, that is the best thing you can say about a “short-term home rental”. Great location, communication, and all! It was just wonderful and looking forward to our next visit! Thank you!

The home was extremely comfortable. Everything you could want was there. The kitchen had everything and every spice imaginable. The bed was super comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay!

I spoke to Kim on the phone twice and she was so kind and helpful! I needed help with the thermostat and she was able to operate it remotely no problem. Beds were very comfortable, clean and cozy home, and checkout was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great property that suited our needs perfectly. Clean, quiet and a responsive host. Spacious living area with large screen TV, nice sitting area outside; couldn't ask for anything more. Hope it's available for future trips.

This was the perfect place to stay. Great location, very quite and peaceful. The house was very well equipped. Kimberly was great to work with. I was there for work, and stayed in the Kim's house for 12 days, and plan on returning in the middle of April. I am scheduling my stay around when Kim's house is available

Great stay!

This was exactly as expected and described! Open floor plan with 2 spacious bedrooms and lots of special touches! Neighborhood was small and quiet with easy access to highway and restaurant's. Host checked in with me upon my arrival and promptly answered questions. I would highly recommend.

Quiet neighborhoid...beautiful place- - - rooms were light with an open, airy feel! Enclosed patio; Massage chair in master bedroom...jetted tub in master bath. Convenient to everything!! Kim is wonderful! Responds in a timely manner. House is very well stocked! I didnot want to leave!

Beautiful, clean, and quiet home, wonderful!

We were two couples and stayed over the long weekend for graduation festivities at Wake Forest. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has a well stocked kitchen (we like to cook). Bedrooms are very comfortable, and each has its own bathroom, making it ideal for two couples. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The outdoor patio was great; we spent time in the mornings over coffee, and a glass of wine in the evening. Kim was a perfect host and very responsive. Ideal home for a stay in the area if you like to be in a quiet and nice area. We loved it!

My stay was absolutely AMAZING. It was very clean, spacious and in a great location. Kym was very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions & needs. Cozy/Clean Home - Close to Campus

This house was perfect for my husband and I as were moving our son to Wake Forest University. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to campus and close to downtown Winston Salam area as well! Home was perfect- very clean and organized! Plenty of towels, etc! Cozy living room area to watch a movie, etc. cutest backyard patio area. I highly recommend this VRBO! And the owner was very quick to answer questions and communication with her was easy!

Perfect stay in Winston-Salem

The house is a true home away from home - very clean, spacious, stocked with all of the necessities and more! Layout is great for a family or two couples - two bedrooms and two bathrooms away from each other. There is a nice private outdoor area. It's located 15 minutes drive to downtown, but you have to drive everywhere in Winston-Salem anyways. Neighborhood is quiet, you can hear birds singing, very serene. We rent private housing a lot during our travels around the world, and this house was one of the best stays we ever had! Thank you!

Perfect

Stayed here for High Point furniture market. Seems like every place we have ever stayed through the years has been ok, but there is always a little something off. Not with this property. The host is on the ball with this one. Very comfortable. Very clean. Everything is easy to use. All amenities were provided. We loved our stay and appreciate the effort that was put into making it great!!
